Connect Play Learn

Our Purpose

To share our experiences and knowledge in supporting the diverse needs of children in the Autism community. By playing with purpose, we can discover meaningful pathways to build strong connections, support learning, and foster independence in every child.

Our Values

Honour all children with love, respect and dignity.

Welcome all families and their community of support with acceptance, encouragement, and understanding.

Our Mission

Empower adults to be confident in growing alongside children, while honoring everyones sense of self.

Our Beliefs

All children are capable of learning in their own way and should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We are committed to connecting with children through play

For many years, we have had the privilege of learning alongside children. Throughout this journey, our goal has always been to discover meaningful ways to connect with each child as the unique individual they are.

We understand that building strong, authentic connections with children can sometimes feel challenging. That’s why we are here — to support and guide you through the struggles many of us face when striving to create those meaningful relationships.

Andreia Hypolito

I completed my studies as a Speech Pathologist in Brazil, where I began my journey supporting communication and development in children.

Now I work as an Educational Assistant and Forest & Nature Practitioner.

For over 10 years, I’ve had the wonderful adventure of learning and growing alongside children—whether we’re exploring ideas in the classroom or climbing logs and discovering tiny forest treasures outdoors. I believe children learn best when they feel connected, curious, and free to be themselves.

When I’m not working with little ones, you’ll likely find me hiking through the trees, soaking up nature or simply embracing the magic of play with my toddler.

Erica Frick

I am a Forest & Nature Practitioner, Educational Assistant, and Early Childhood Educator who believes childhood should be filled with wonder, movement, bugs, and meaningful play

With a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders and years of experience alongside children in a variety of settings, I bring a thoughtful, inclusive, and child-led approach to my work. I see play as powerful, nature as a teacher, and every child as capable and full of potential.

Whether we’re exploring the forest, building with sticks, splashing in puddles, or sharing moments of discovery and inquiry in the classroom, my goal is always the same: to create safe, nurturing spaces where children can grow, belong, and thrive — just as they are.
